Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-16

This policy explains how stonewards.top uses hosting logs, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and optional Google advertising services.

1. Who we are

Stonewards Wiki is an independent, fan-run informational site at stonewards.top. We are not affiliated with Banana Tiger Studio. This policy covers this domain only, not external sites linked from our guides.

2. Information processed when you visit

You do not need an account to read the site. We do not operate a contact form, comment system, newsletter, login, or user-profile database. Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, URL, user agent, request time, approximate location derived from IP, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain uptime.

3. Analytics

When configured, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and traffic sources using cookies and similar identifiers. Analytics storage is granted by default when the site loads; there is no consent dialog.

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand aggregate navigation, heatmaps, and session interactions through masked session recordings.

4. Google advertising and AdSense

If Google AdSense is enabled after site approval, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses or other device identifiers, measure ad delivery, prevent fraud, and show personalized or non-personalized ads according to your choices and applicable law. We do not send names, email addresses, or other directly identifying form data to Google in ad requests.

When enabled, Adsterra may show native banner ads below article and hub page content and may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery, frequency control, and measurement through its advertising partners.

Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's privacy policy.

5. Regional privacy requirements

The site loads analytics and advertising storage with consent granted by default and does not display its own consent message. Where local law gives you rights over data collection, you can exercise them through the browser controls described in this policy and the Cookie Policy.

6. Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage remembers the English locale. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies or use similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for categories, purposes, and browser controls.

7. Children's privacy

This informational site is not designed or marketed as a service for children and does not knowingly collect information from children through accounts, forms, or profiles. We do not use site activity to create child-directed advertising audiences. If the site's audience or features materially change, analytics and advertising will be reassessed before those changes are enabled.

8. Data retention and control

Hosting, Google, and Microsoft apply their own retention schedules and controls. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or contact us about a specific request.

9. External links

Steam, Discord, YouTube, Google, Microsoft, and other external sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies once you leave stonewards.top.

10. Contact and policy changes

Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. We update this page when providers or data practices materially change and show the revision date above.
